1. Print the cover double-sided (1 sheet; cardstock is ideal)

2. Print the text double-sided. The text is set in "booklet format." When printed double-sided, the book can be folded and stapled along the spine. (Rubber bands can substitute for staples, for readers lacking cool staplers.)
